The long-term goal is to create an environment to inspire every piano lover with the help of this new technology and to teach learning the piano in a fun and motivating way. Usually, the beginners who are interested in learning to play the piano have to learn the notation of the notes at the beginning before they can start playing the instrument. The approach of a Mixed Reality application is an alternative solution and simplification for learning to read notes in notations. For most people, it would be enough only to be able to play their favourite songs on the piano. For those interested in learning how to play the piano, they often have the only choice of teaching themselves of taking lessons from a professional piano player or best case scenario to be able to play music by ear. This is what Soundela wants to change. However, both require a lot of patience, time and most likely a lot of discipline and practice. Before even starting to learn songs, you usually start with simple one-handed melodies to develop a feeling for the instrument as well as dexterity. This part of the phase in which the beginner learns a certain sequence of keys is much easier for most beginners than the phase in which the reading of notes takes place. This is mainly due to the difficulty for the beginner to read and play written notes at the same time. Especially this part requires a lot of concentration and therefore makes many beginners who only want to learn to play the piano "just for fun" give up early.
